Always Best Moving Inc. provides professional:
Residential moving
Commercial and office moving
Local moves (Metro Vancouver & Lower Mainland)
Long-distance moves throughout British Columbia
Vancouver Island relocations
Small moves
Packing and unpacking services
Junk removal
Shipment pickups
Port pickups and deliveries
Specialty item moving (subject to prior approval)
We service all BC communities including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Kelowna, Kamloops, Courtenay, Comox Valley and surrounding areas.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided.
Final charges may vary depending on:
Actual time required
Additional undisclosed items
Access conditions (stairs, elevators, long carry distance)
Ferry delays (Vancouver Island moves)
Weather, traffic, road, or port conditions
Minimum service hours and travel time may apply.
Applicable taxes are added in accordance with BC regulations.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted methods:
Credit card
Debit
E-transfer
Cash
Failure to remit payment may result in legal recovery action.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Advance notice is required for cancellations or date changes.
Last-minute cancellations may result in fees to cover scheduled labor and truck allocation.
5. Insurance & Liability
Always Best Moving Inc. is insured and operates in compliance with British Columbia regulations.
Customers must review and sign a service agreement and liability waiver before move commencement.
Basic carrier liability coverage applies as per BC guidelines. Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value or specialty items.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Improperly packed items by customer
Hazardous or prohibited materials
Delays due to weather, ferry schedules, traffic, port delays, or mechanical issues beyond our control
High-value items must be declared in advance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate move details
Ensure safe and clear access
Disclose heavy or specialty items
Secure parking permits if required
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
